orders within mainland U.S. and
Canada are sent using Canada Post. Actual method
used depends on order, since Oil orders
are sent via the safest method possible. We will e-mail you when
the order has been shipped and you should allow up to 2 weeks for
delivery.
If you would prefer faster
(3-5 business days), trackable, insured shipping, please
let us know and we can arrange XpressPost quicker delivery for a
small additional charge (from $4.00).

over $150- are shipped Free (including
International orders)
For International orders we will use the
fastest and most economical method.

some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, items
may be returned within 30 days of receipt (less shipping costs).
We'll be happy to give you a full refund, credit or replacement.
Please ensure that the returned product is
undamaged or altered, and includes the invoice. (Returns due to
failure to pay customs duties will not be
refunded.)
